We’re urgently seeking enthusiastic Indoor Sales & Telesales professionals (both men and women) for vibrant chocolate shops located right inside Emarat Mall, Barsha. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers with a friendly face and helping them discover the full range of our chocolate offerings.
  • Handling phone inquiries and telesales calls, translating curiosity into satisfied (and loyal) customers.
  • Maintaining attractive product displays—with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
  • Supporting promotions and seasonal campaigns, adding your own creative flair to each event.
  • Efficiently processing sales transactions while ensuring an easy, pleasant experience for every guest.
  • Collaborating with teammates to hit and exceed sales targets (and celebrating those wins together).
  • Managing inventory updates, stock replenishment, and daily shop maintenance.
  • Solving small customer concerns with patience and a can-do attitude—because everyone deserves a sweet ending.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid background in retail sales or telesales (bonus if it’s in food, hospitality, or luxury products).
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic, English, or both are a plus).
  • Friendly, approachable, and ready to jump into new situations quickly.
  • Currently residing in the UAE, and ready to start right away.
  • High level of energy and commitment, especially during busy hours.

  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems.
