What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with a friendly face and helping them discover the full range of our chocolate offerings.
- Handling phone inquiries and telesales calls, translating curiosity into satisfied (and loyal) customers.
- Maintaining attractive product displays—with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Supporting promotions and seasonal campaigns, adding your own creative flair to each event.
- Efficiently processing sales transactions while ensuring an easy, pleasant experience for every guest.
- Collaborating with teammates to hit and exceed sales targets (and celebrating those wins together).
- Managing inventory updates, stock replenishment, and daily shop maintenance.
- Solving small customer concerns with patience and a can-do attitude—because everyone deserves a sweet ending.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid background in retail sales or telesales (bonus if it’s in food, hospitality, or luxury products).
- Strong communication skills (Arabic, English, or both are a plus).
- Friendly, approachable, and ready to jump into new situations quickly.
- Currently residing in the UAE, and ready to start right away.
- High level of energy and commitment, especially during busy hours.
