What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients as they enter the boutique, making them feel instantly at home
- Listening carefully to customer preferences, suggesting fragrances tailored to their taste and occasion
- Sharing your product knowledge—think origin stories, rare notes, and application tips—to engage shoppers
- Achieving and exceeding personal and store sales targets with integrity and enthusiasm
- Assisting in maintaining the elegant, inviting presentation of displays and testers
- Handling transactions smoothly, ensuring each purchase is special from first whiff to final wrap-up
- Staying attuned to product launches, promotions, and industry trends to keep your recommendations fresh
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fragrances
- A flair for conversation, with excellent English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- Presentable, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for perfumes and helping people make memorable purchases
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
