What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and ensuring their visit starts with a smile
- Scheduling appointments and managing daily bookings with a digital system
- Supporting the team by ensuring products and workstations are well-stocked
- Overseeing cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the salon
- Handling cash and electronic payments, balancing the register at day’s end
- Assisting in basic inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed
- Supporting special events or promotions when they pop up
- Acting as a friendly bridge between staff and management—communication is key!
