What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end design and engineering of complex HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Overseeing installation teams onsite, ensuring that every detail matches your exacting standards (and spotting issues before they become problems).
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients — often in both Arabic and English — to turn requirements into reality.
- Conducting rigorous system audits and troubleshooting, then implementing smart solutions for performance optimization.
- Mentoring junior engineers and technicians, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Staying ahead of the latest HVAC technologies and sustainability standards, and integrating them wherever possible.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 10 years’ hands-on experience in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance (ideally across diverse building types).
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken), with strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep working knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
