What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily admin operations – from handling schedules to monitoring emails and keeping our records tidy.
- Assisting with team coordination – helping supervisors track shifts and communicate updates to all staff.
- Providing customer service at the front line – whether as a cashier processing purchases or guiding shoppers to the right store.
- Carrying out inventory checks and reporting discrepancies — accuracy matters in our busy center!
- Ensuring shop floor and office areas remain organized and welcoming for both colleagues and customers.
- Helping with recruitment paperwork and onboarding for new team members as our family grows.
- Taking the lead during busy hours if you’re stepping into a supervisor role — don’t worry, plenty of support and training is available.
- Jumping in where needed; in a vibrant shopping hub, sometimes everyone pitches in to keep things moving.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good basic computer skills (think: spreadsheets, typing, emails).
- Experience in retail, administration, or customer service.
- Clear communication skills — English is a must, and any extra languages are a bonus.
- Currently residing in the UAE (visa requirements apply).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a shopping centre or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems if you’re considering a cashier role.
- Leadership experience for supervisor applicants.
