Join Us as a Site Engineer in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

Curious what it takes to bring massive, skyline-changing projects to life in one of the world’s fastest-growing cities? As our new Site Engineer, you’ll be the driving force on the ground—making sure every detail is right, every plan comes together, and every safety measure is followed. If you love the challenge of construction and want to be part of shaping the future of Abu Dhabi, this could be your next big step.

About the Company

We’re a well-established name in the UAE construction arena, with a reputation for delivering ambitious residential, commercial, and infrastructural projects. Our team is a lively mix of seasoned professionals and bright new talents—everyone here believes in learning, collaborating, and celebrating each project milestone (pizza lunches included). We take pride not just in what we build, but in how we build it: safely, sustainably, and always to world-class standards. Commitment, integrity, and a dash of good humor keep us going even on the busiest days.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design, specs, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate daily with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers so everyone’s in sync and timelines are met.
  • Monitor materials, resources, and manpower—identifying gaps and offering practical solutions to stay on schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports and daily logs—accuracy and clarity are key!
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety practices, becoming a proactive advocate for a “zero accident” culture.
  • Assist in resolving technical challenges, on-the-spot, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the labor force and newly onboarded staff.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with UAE regulations.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience on site, preferably in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
  • Solid knowledge of technical construction practices, reading drawings, and understanding project specifications.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in the UAE construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills—in both English and (ideally) Hindi or Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • UAE Society of Engineers membership or related certifications.
  • Experience working specifically in Mussafah or Abu Dhabi.
  • A talent for motivating teams when the going gets tough.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, tax-free salary package.
  • Company-sponsored accommodation and transportation (local to Mussafah).
  • Opportunities for rapid career advancement across high-profile projects.
  • Supportive team culture that values initiative and celebrates progress.
  • Ongoing training and access to new construction technologies.
  • Flexibility for personal leave and time-off to recharge.
  • Regular team events—from site barbecues to construction challenges—you won’t just build structures, but genuine connections.

At the end of the day, we’re not just building landmarks—we’re building careers and communities, too. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make your mark on Abu Dhabi’s skyline, this is the role for you.
