What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations for fit-out and decoration works
- Coordinating between design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitoring material deliveries, installation progress, and maintaining high quality on finishes
- Providing hands-on supervision to site staff and ensuring every task aligns with project specs
- Communicating updates, challenges, and wins to both clients and senior management
- Reviewing project timeline milestones, troubleshooting delays, and keeping everything (and everyone) on track
- Enforcing safety standards and promoting good work practices on site
- Flexibly adapting to last-minute changes, because let’s face it — in interiors, surprises do happen!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in site engineering, preferably in interiors or construction
- Solid site supervision and coordination skills — you keep all the moving parts working in harmony
- Strong command of English (spoken and written); you’re clear, concise, and diplomatic
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep deadlines in sharp focus
- Flexibility to work a 6-day week (with Sunday as your day to recharge)
