About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to truly leave your mark on the UAE skyline? As our next Quantity Surveyor, you’ll help keep some of the country’s most exciting construction projects on track—down to the last dirham. If you’re someone who not only understands the numbers, but also the nuts and bolts of a bustling building site—and you’re ready to jump in right away—this might be the move you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

We’re a growing force in the UAE’s construction sector, proud to blend deep-rooted industry know-how with a modern approach to project management. Our team thrives on collaboration, quick problem-solving, and a strong sense of accountability—each person’s input is valued, whether it’s in weekly site huddles or our celebratory team lunches after major milestones. Because here, your ideas don’t just echo—they turn into reality, fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing and preparing precise cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for ongoing and upcoming builds—accurate, thorough, and always on time
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and contractors to track financial progress and keep the budget right where it should be
  • Monitoring project expenditures, identifying variations, and preparing reports that help keep our projects (and everyone on site) informed and accountable
  • Carrying out site visits to verify progress against invoices and ensuring that actual work aligns with both contract standards and financial projections
  • Handling interim and final payments, plus managing claims and variations with that sharp attention to detail you’re known for
  • Participating in value engineering and cost-control initiatives, making sure every dirham spent is spent wisely
  • Keeping up-to-date documentation and records—after all, smooth handovers and efficient audits start with the right paperwork

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years’ hands-on UAE experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role
  • Familiarity with local construction standards, tendering processes, and contracts
  • Exceptional written and spoken English (Arabic is a strong plus)
  • Immediate availability to join our team
  • Analytical mindset, strong negotiation skills, and comfort communicating with suppliers and contractors

Nice-to-Haves

  • Membership in a relevant professional institution (e.g., MRICS, CIQS)
  • Strong digital skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools)
  • Prior experience with both private and public sector projects

Not sure you tick every box? If you’re close, we’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive, on-time salary and allowances
  • Supportive, multicultural team that values initiative and ideas
  • Opportunities for growth—our best people move up fast
  • Collaborative, transparent work environment (we keep the communication lines open)
  • Regular team gatherings, recognition awards, and time to unwind after key project milestones
  • Convenient, central project locations with safe, accessible sites
