About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself combining technical know-how with just the right touch of people skills? As a Mechanical Engineer (Female) in our Maintenance Department, you’ll have that rare mix of hands-on HVAC exposure and client-facing opportunities — with plenty of variety built in. This is more than a standard engineering role: you’ll champion our central air conditioning solutions, own maintenance contracts, and help drive our business forward (all while making sure things are running smoothly on-site). If you’re looking to grow your technical expertise and your professional network at the same time, you just might have found your next challenge.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit engineering services provider, big on practical innovation and making every client feel like a priority. Our team isn’t just passionate about keeping buildings comfortable — we’re focused on building lasting relationships, both with our clients and each other. Weekly brainstorming huddles, the occasional after-hours get-together, and the collective sigh of relief when an air conditioning system passes final checks — that’s daily life around here. We thrive on clear communication, rolling up our sleeves when needed, and celebrating wins, big or small.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance for central air conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime
- Promoting and presenting our maintenance contract offerings to both existing and prospective clients
- Supervising on-site HVAC maintenance activities; coordinating with technicians and making sure work meets our quality standards
- Preparing detailed technical proposals and competitive cost estimates tailored to each client’s needs
- Follow-up and coordination with clients post-service: gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and nurturing long-term relationships
- Collaborating with our sales and technical teams to brainstorm service improvements or address tricky on-site challenges
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline)
- Previous experience with HVAC systems — ideally in both maintenance and supervision
- Strong communication skills, with the comfort to speak confidently with clients and technicians alike
- Willingness to spend time both in the office and on-site
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing track of the details
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with sales or marketing, especially for technical services or maintenance contracts
- Experience preparing proposals or working directly with clients during bids
- Knowledge of regional HVAC industry standards or best practices
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

At the end of the day, we want you to feel proud — about your projects, your impact, and the team at your side. If you’re ready to take your HVAC expertise to a place where your contributions are seen and valued, let’s talk.
