About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself launching your civil engineering career in a fast-growing city like Dubai? Here’s your chance to dive into the world of engineering consultancy, working with a collaborative team in Al Qusais. Whether you’ve just graduated or are making a first move in your career, this role offers entry-level engineers the rare opportunity to gain practical experience (no experience necessary!) in one of the Middle East’s most dynamic project environments. And yes, you’ll be fully supported as you get your start — with everything from visa sponsorship to accommodation sorted for you.
About the Company
We’re not your typical engineering consultancy. Here in Al Qusais, our team comes from all over the region, each one driven by curiosity and a deep commitment to solving real-world problems. You’ll find us sketching out blueprints over coffee, debating the latest construction tech, and — rumor has it — fiercely competitive in after-hours trivia. We value growth, both for projects and people, and believe that fresh perspectives make us all sharper. If you’re searching for a company where your ideas matter (even before you’ve earned your stripes), you’re in the right spot.

- Assist senior engineers throughout project planning, design, and execution phases
- Conduct site visits around Dubai to observe, learn, and help with inspections
- Support in preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are on track
- Engage in client meetings, sometimes just to listen and take notes (learning by osmosis!)
- Learn local and international engineering standards — don’t worry, you’ll get plenty of guidance
- Chip in on daily office tasks; in a consultancy, we all roll up our sleeves sometimes

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- You are already based inside the UAE and ready to start soon
- Eager to learn, adapt, and jump into new experiences

- Clear communicator – you’re not shy about asking questions
Nice-to-Haves:
- Internship or coursework projects you’re proud of (tell us!)
- Familiarity with Dubai’s engineering scene or local construction rules
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Two-year residency sponsorship so you can settle in without stress
- Company-provided accommodation and shared transportation
- Starting salary of AED 5,500–6,500 per month (so you can focus on learning, not living expenses)
- 8-hour workdays with one day off each week — a healthy rhythm to explore Dubai
- Guidance and mentorship from friendly, approachable seniors
- Hands-on exposure to varied civil projects across Dubai
- A culture of respect, professional growth, and team celebrations (we actually do celebrate birthdays)
