What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning design concepts into expertly detailed joinery shop drawings (think: kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and the occasional aluminum masterpiece)
- Preparing, revising, and finalizing clear and accurate AutoCAD shop drawings tailored to project specs and client needs
- Modifying as-built drawings based on site measurements and project developments
- Coordinating closely with engineers, architects, and the workshop team to ensure seamless, mistake-free execution
- Visiting project sites across Dubai to take precise measurements and verify fit-outs
- Keeping all documentation up to date—it makes everyone’s life easier (trust us)
- Staying plugged into project timelines so your drawings hit the mark, every time
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience crafting detailed joinery and interior fit-out drawings (Kitchens, Wardrobes, Doors, Aluminum, etc.)
- Advanced AutoCAD skills and a strong grasp of technical drawing conventions
- Ability to independently prepare both shop and as-built drawings
- Hands-on knowledge of joinery materials, fittings, and installation methods common in Dubai projects
- Excellent communication skills—it’s not just what you draw, it’s what you explain
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in Dubai or the UAE interiors industry
- Familiarity with 3D visualization tools or BIM software
