What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily activities and progress on construction sites to ensure all works are carried out safely and according to plan.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep everyone aligned and projects on track.
- Interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications, and resolving any on-the-spot challenges as they arise.
- Monitoring compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards—no detail is too small.
- Using construction software (think AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and beyond) to manage workflows, update schedules, and document progress.
- Conducting routine site inspections, reporting issues, and proactively recommending solutions.
- Keeping clear, organized records of all site activities, changes, and correspondence for future reference.
- Championing health and safety standards at every stage—because everyone deserves to head home safe at the end of the day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- More than 3 years of hands-on site engineering experience in Mosafah, UAE.
- Proficiency in construction management and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
- Strong communication skills—you’ll be the bridge between the office and the worksite.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus on quality or deadlines.
Nice-to-Haves:
