About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the helm of a landmark project, making sure every detail comes together seamlessly? As a Site Foreman with our construction team at Sharjah University Hospital, that’s exactly the kind of impact you’ll have. We’re searching for a hands-on professional to bring leadership, problem solving, and a sharp eye for safety to one of the region’s flagship jobs. If you thrive on responsibility and enjoy keeping teams motivated and on track, this role is worth a closer look.
About the Company
We’re a well-established construction firm with our roots planted firmly in Sharjah’s dynamic landscape. Over the years, we’ve grown from small beginnings to handling some of the city’s most recognized projects, thanks to a team that values reliability, mutual respect, and a hard day’s work. Our days are busy, expectations are high, and yet there’s always time for a joke during tea break or a bit of friendly competition over lunchtime football. Here, your ideas are heard — and your contribution really shows in the result.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities of site labor teams to ensure efficient completion of construction tasks
- Implementing and enforcing Method Statements — you’ll be the go-to for making sure everyone’s following the right procedures
- Keeping safety front and center: maintain strict PPE compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and address hazards long before they become incidents
- Scheduling the daily transport of workers to and from the site (sometimes a little logistical challenge, but always rewarding when everyone’s there on time)
- Communicating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to relay updates and resolve on-site hiccups quickly
- Tracking the progress of tasks, troubleshooting delays, and pushing for on-time delivery without sacrificing quality

- UAE driving license (manual transmission preferred)
- At least 5 years of site supervision experience within the UAE construction industry
- Solid knowledge of safety rules, basic site paperwork, and PPE requirements
- Strong leadership — you know how to motivate teams from all backgrounds
- Reliable, organized, and able to think ahead when planning site logistics
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with hospital or university construction projects
- Conversational Arabic
- Familiarity with digital project management apps or reporting tools
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary, tailored to experience and results
- Extra incentives available for hitting milestones — your hard work won’t go unnoticed
- Full visa and employment contract (no gray areas, no worries)
- Company-provided vehicle to help you cover the Sharjah terrain with ease
- Supportive management — approachable, fair, and always open to feedback
- A team that enjoys collaboration (and yes, the occasional BBQ to celebrate a job well done)
Here, you’ll be more than just a number — your leadership shapes the success of our biggest projects, and there’s genuine satisfaction when you look back at what the team has built together. If you’re ready to take charge and help us deliver at the highest standard, this could be the next big step for you.
