About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking to play a pivotal role in shaping the skyline of Dubai? We’re on the hunt for a Site Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact at our busy Al Quoz sites. This is a real chance to oversee visible progress every week, coordinate with a passionate team, and see major projects through from blueprint to completion. If you thrive under a hard hat and enjoy the challenge of turning plans into reality, this just might be your next big move.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing construction division nestled in the heart of Al Quoz—close enough to the city’s energy but with our own tight-knit culture. Here, every milestone is a team win, and our Friday lunches are as much about sharing ideas as they are about sharing a great meal. Our leadership believes in fair opportunities, open communication, and recognizing those who go the extra mile. While we may be expanding rapidly, we still operate with the spirit and agility of a family-run firm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all on-site activities—from daily operations to sudden curveballs—ensuring smooth workflows
  • Collaborating with engineers, tradespeople, and subcontractors to keep projects moving (and on-budget)
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing straightforward, timely reports for senior management
  • Allocating and coordinating manpower based on the project schedule and changing site needs
  • Enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety briefings
  • Routinely inspecting work to guarantee it meets both our quality standards and the finer points of project specifications
  • Maintaining open channels with subcontractors, suppliers, and site visitors to ensure everyone’s on the same page
  • Troubleshooting site issues as they arise—you’ll be our go-to problem-solver on the ground

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Prior hands-on experience in construction site management, ideally overseeing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
  • A working understanding of construction safety regulations, and a track record of enforcing safe working practices
  • Effective communication skills (verbally and in writing), especially when liaising with diverse teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent organizational habits and an eye for detail—nothing gets past you on-site

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working on large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC region
  • Formal construction or engineering qualifications
  • Fluency in more than one language
  • Proficiency with project management software or digital site monitoring tools

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two-year residency sponsorship—we’ll handle the paperwork so you can focus on your work
  • Competitive salary package, reviewed annually
  • Supportive team environment that genuinely values collaboration and learning
  • Regular training and upskilling opportunities for those who want to keep growing
  • Fast-paced projects with clear timelines—you’ll see the immediate impact of your work
  • Modern on-site facilities (plus proper, air-conditioned rest areas)
  • Easy access by public transport or company-provided shuttle (depending on your location)

You’ll be joining a vibrant crew that knows when to buckle down—but also when to take a well-earned breather. If you’re ready to take on new challenges and see your leadership make a difference on-site, you’ll fit right in.
