About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking to play a pivotal role in shaping the skyline of Dubai? We’re on the hunt for a Site Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact at our busy Al Quoz sites. This is a real chance to oversee visible progress every week, coordinate with a passionate team, and see major projects through from blueprint to completion. If you thrive under a hard hat and enjoy the challenge of turning plans into reality, this just might be your next big move.
About the Company
We’re a fast-growing construction division nestled in the heart of Al Quoz—close enough to the city’s energy but with our own tight-knit culture. Here, every milestone is a team win, and our Friday lunches are as much about sharing ideas as they are about sharing a great meal. Our leadership believes in fair opportunities, open communication, and recognizing those who go the extra mile. While we may be expanding rapidly, we still operate with the spirit and agility of a family-run firm.

- Monitoring project progress and preparing straightforward, timely reports for senior management
- Allocating and coordinating manpower based on the project schedule and changing site needs

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working on large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC region
- Formal construction or engineering qualifications
- Fluency in more than one language

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
