About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to walk onto a site and know you’re the reason things run smoothly—and safely? We're searching for a dedicated Site Supervisor who’s ready to take charge and make a visible impact. At our well-established maintenance company in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic Al Najda Street, this full-time, on-site role goes far beyond checking boxes: it’s about being the reliable leader clients and teammates count on, every single day.
About the Company
Here on Al Najda Street, we’re known as the folks who genuinely care about getting the job done right—the first time and every time. With a tight-knit crew that values professionalism, mutual support, and a dash of good humor between tasks, we prioritize both quality and camaraderie. Whether we’re handling a challenging client request or celebrating a month with zero safety incidents (that’s a big deal for us), we show up for each other—and our clients. Our growth in Abu Dhabi hinges on integrity, teamwork, and service you’d recommend to your neighbors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations, making sure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to top-quality standards.
- Coordinating and supporting a team of maintenance technicians—sometimes you’ll lead from the front, sometimes you’ll be the behind-the-scenes problem solver.
- Serving as the key contact for clients on-site, addressing their queries with a solutions-first mindset.
- Ensuring absolute compliance with all safety and environmental regulations—think regular safety briefings and spot checks (because we take this seriously).
- Keeping detailed site logs, reporting incidents or inefficiencies, and communicating updates with management.
- Troubleshooting onsite issues as they arise, and sometimes rolling up your sleeves to help the team meet tight deadlines.
- Implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes across maintenance tasks.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven on-site supervisory experience—ideally in maintenance, facilities management, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of UAE safety and environmental standards.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills; you know how to motivate and delegate, not micromanage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear, friendly communication style (with clients and your crew alike).
- Reliability—you treat punctuality and documentation with the respect they deserve.
- Physical stamina for on-site oversight and the occasional hands-on task.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Technical certification related to maintenance or facilities management.
- Prior experience working in Abu Dhabi or UAE-based firms.
- Multilingual abilities—they help in our multicultural workplace!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
