About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the heart of a high-energy project, keeping things running smoothly and solving problems before anyone else even spots them? That’s everyday life for a reliable Site Supervisor, and right now, our maintenance team in Al Najda Street, Abu Dhabi, is looking for just the right person. This is more than a clipboard job — you’ll be the bridge that connects skilled workers, client needs, and high standards of safety and quality, all wrapped up in the fast-evolving world of MEP maintenance.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit maintenance crew, known for our hands-on approach and a real sense of pride in a job well done. Our days are full — troubleshooting, upgrading, and keeping some of Abu Dhabi’s key buildings operating at their best. We don’t just talk about teamwork; from morning toolbox meetings to our infamous post-project feasts, we live it. Growth for us isn’t just about contracts (though those are coming in at a lively pace); it’s about giving our people the room to build their skills and make a visible mark on the city. If you like seeing tangible results and enjoy a bit of camaraderie, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities on-site, especially in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems
- Guiding and motivating a diverse crew, making sure everyone’s working safely and efficiently
- Coordinating closely with project managers and clients to keep everyone in the loop — smooth communication is key
- Troubleshooting on the fly (and sometimes on the spot) to resolve any issues, delays, or client concerns
- Keeping a meticulous record of site activities, materials used, and work progress (no one likes paperwork, but you make it look easy)
- Staying sharp on site standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Representing the company — your attitude and honesty set the tone with clients and your own team
- Lending a hand wherever needed, because that’s what real leaders do
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor, with a strong background in MEP maintenance
- A people-first approach — you’re approachable, positive, and genuinely enjoy collaborating
- Solid communication skills in English (bonus if you can chat in Arabic)
- Honesty, integrity, and the kind of pleasant personality that earns trust on both sides of the site fence
- A knack for solving problems quickly and calmly, even when pressure’s on
- Ability to balance hands-on leadership with on-the-ground reporting
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with facilities in the UAE — you know the ropes and the weather
- Technical certification or engineering background in MEP fields
- Familiarity with up-to-date maintenance management software
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive compensation and performance recognition
- Supportive team culture that values input, fresh ideas, and a good sense of humor
- Opportunities for skills development and taking on more responsibility as you grow
- Regular team gatherings (yes, we mean real food and laughs, not just a group email)
- Convenient work location on Al Najda Street — right in the lively center of Abu Dhabi
- Career stability in a company that’s actually growing, not just treading water
We believe in clear expectations, good communication, and real support — not just when things are easy, but especially when they get interesting. If you want to build, lead, and learn with us, let’s talk.
