What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your trade, you’ll be jumping into projects big and small, including:
- AC Technicians: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential spaces; troubleshoot complex faults; keep temperature-sensitive environments running smoothly.
- Electrical Technicians: Complete wiring, installation, repairs, and regular preventive maintenance on a range of systems; ensure all safety procedures are followed.
- Plumbers: Fix leaks, install new piping, and maintain restroom and kitchen setups; handle emergency repairs with expertise and speed.
- Carpenters: Measure, cut, and assemble wooden fixtures; repair doors, cabinets, and partitions; sometimes pitch in on creative custom solutions.
- Welders: Carry out precision welding and fabrication work on-site; read blueprints, ensure strong joints, and adhere to safety protocols.
- General Helpers: Support skilled trades across projects; handle site cleaning, material moving, and simple repairs (no two days are the same).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in your trade (more is always welcome!).
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Familiarity with safety standards and use of relevant tools.
- A positive, “let’s get it done!” attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Vocational certifications or trade licenses relevant to your field.
- Past exposure to large-scale facility maintenance or construction sites in the UAE.
