About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the heart of Dubai’s ever-changing skyline, ensuring projects rise up exactly as they should? As our next Site Supervisor in Al Quoz, you’ll be the grounded point of contact where planning, people, and progress intersect. This is a hands-on role with real impact — you’ll keep things moving on the ground, help solve challenges as they come, and play an integral part in shaping spaces that matter across the city.
About Us
We’re not your run-of-the-mill construction company. Our projects are as diverse as the team behind them — from sleek commercial builds to creative refurbishments and everything in between. Though we’re well-established in the Dubai market, our mindset is refreshingly collaborative, with a focus on learning, accountability, and practical problem-solving. You might find our managers on site working shoulder-to-shoulder with teams, or catch us celebrating milestones with a shared meal (yes, Friday lunches are an institution here). For us, every successful build starts and ends with the people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations to ensure work proceeds safely, efficiently, and to plan
- Supervising and directing workers, subcontractors, and trades — you’re their go-to for guidance and troubleshooting
- Coordinating deliveries, on-site materials, and equipment so nothing stalls progress
- Checking that work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Identifying and addressing day-to-day issues as they emerge, often before anyone else even notices
- Maintaining clear site records and daily progress reports for management
- Enforcing health and safety standards without compromise — your site is your responsibility
- Liaising with project engineers and managers to keep everyone in sync and up-to-date
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience supervising construction or related project sites
- Currently based in the UAE, with valid residency
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and site safety regulations

- Comfortable handling documentation, reporting, and site coordination in English
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with high-profile or unique project builds in Dubai
- Additional site safety certifications or technical diplomas
- Working knowledge of local construction materials and suppliers
Not sure you tick every single box? We’d still like to hear your story.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 4,000–6,000, depending on your experience
- Benefits as per UAE labor law (annual leave, medical, etc.)
- Supportive team culture with trust, openness, and respect at its core
- A variety of projects, so you’ll never feel stuck in a repetitive routine
- Direct access to decision-makers and career mentoring

- On-site camaraderie, plus company events that celebrate our wins (big and small)
Building something lasting together isn’t just about bricks and mortar — it’s about the people who make it happen. If you’re ready to be that person on site, we hope you’ll connect with us.
