What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing all daily site operations, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and standards are met (and exceeded)
- Acting as the go-to liaison between on-site teams, subcontractors, and project managers to keep communication crystal-clear
- Monitoring worksite safety — spotting potential issues before they become problems, and making sure everyone goes home safe
- Checking material deliveries and inventory, never letting a shortage slow down the workflow
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks — you catch what others might miss
- Reporting progress, setbacks, and site updates to senior supervisors, always keeping the bigger picture in view

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in site or construction supervision, ideally within the UAE
- Currently residing in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and site documentation
- The confidence to take initiative and the humility to ask for a second pair of eyes when needed
- Solid communication abilities in English (bonus points for additional languages)
