Step into Leadership: Site Supervisor Position in Al Quoz, Dubai

Ever wanted to be at the heart of Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline? Here’s your chance. We’re searching for a Site Supervisor to help oversee dynamic construction projects with one of Al Quoz’s most respected builders. This isn’t your typical desk job — if you thrive on activity, challenges, and being the go-to person on-site, you’ll fit right in. With a competitive salary and solid benefits, it’s a smart move for those looking to grow their career in the UAE’s booming construction sector.

About the Company

You won’t find any stuffy corporate towers here — our client’s workspace hums with the energy of cranes, hard hats, and a team that feels more like a tight-knit community than your average job site. Reputation matters here: quality is non-negotiable, deadlines mean something, and every achievement is shared. Fridays often spark a little friendly competition for best site efficiency, and birthdays never pass without a team lunch.

With decades in the business, the company values reliability, loyalty, and clear communication. They invest in their people — whether you’ve been there ten months or ten years. If you’re looking for growth without losing that personal touch, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily site operations with an eye for safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Supervise skilled labor, subcontractors, and materials — you’ll be the orchestrator making sure everything runs on time.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers to keep schedules and budgets on target.
  • Identify and address hurdles before they become headaches; proactive problem-solving is the name of the game.
  • Monitor compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
  • Keep clear site records, progress reports, and communicate updates to both the office and field teams.
  • Be the face of leadership onsite — approachable, calm, and always ready to lend a hand (or a bit of advice).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in construction site supervision in the UAE.
  • Deep understanding of local building codes, health & safety, and quality requirements.
  • Strong people management skills — you know how to motivate a crew and keep morale high.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities smoothly, especially under pressure.
  • Comfortable communicating in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Currently residing in the UAE.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Technical diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Familiarity with digital reporting tools or construction management software.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 6,000–10,000, depending on experience.
  • 2-year residency visa and up-to-date health insurance.
  • Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation — no long commutes or stress.
  • Stable hours: 8 hours per day with one day off per week.
  • Team environment that respects your downtime and celebrates success together.
  • Reliable leadership and in-house mentorship for ongoing professional growth.
  • You get to see your handiwork reflected in the Dubai skyline, every single day.

It’s a place where your effort and expertise don’t just keep the wheels turning — they help build Dubai’s future, one site at a time.
