What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations with a keen eye for progress, safety, and quality.
- Coordinating between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep workflows seamless.
- Conducting regular site inspections and resolving on-the-ground issues as they arise.
- Enforcing strict compliance with UAE health and safety regulations (you’ll be our go-to safety advocate).
- Managing and motivating teams—setting expectations, offering guidance, and stepping in when needed.
- Preparing daily progress reports and updating project managers with candid, actionable insights.
- Addressing and documenting any incidents, ensuring lessons are learned (not just logged).
- Building strong working relationships with clients and partners on-site.
What You’ll Bring
