What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee on-site operations daily, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met
- Coordinate and motivate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers with a keen eye for detail
- Inspect site work and materials, tackling issues before they become problems
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety guidelines (we don’t compromise here)
- Liaise with project managers, keeping communication clear and progress transparent
- Report site updates, flagging potential risks or improvements to keep everything moving smoothly
- Help train and mentor junior staff members—you remember what it was like being new
- Ensure documentation is current, organized, and always audit-ready
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor (ideally in UAE construction projects)
- Currently residing within the UAE (ready to start immediately)
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements
- Excellent organizational skills—you don’t let details slip through the cracks
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and managing different personalities
- Clear communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus)
Nice-to-Haves
