About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it's like to be at the heart of turning ambitious building plans into reality? As a Site Supervisor with one of Barsha, Dubai's leading contracting firms, you'll do just that—guiding top-notch teams and projects from blueprint to final touches. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, this could be the role that puts your experience to the best use in a fast-growing market.

About the Company

This isn’t just another contracting company—think of us as a tightly-knit team that takes craftsmanship seriously, but never ourselves. Our projects are as diverse as the Dubai skyline: modern villas, commercial spaces, and unique fit-outs that demand technical expertise and a creative eye. The energy here is hands-on; site safety, integrity, and respect run through everything we do. And while we expect high standards, Friday afternoons sometimes mean tea and stories from across the globe—because our people are as varied as our projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee on-site operations daily, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met
  • Coordinate and motivate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers with a keen eye for detail
  • Inspect site work and materials, tackling issues before they become problems
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety guidelines (we don’t compromise here)
  • Liaise with project managers, keeping communication clear and progress transparent
  • Report site updates, flagging potential risks or improvements to keep everything moving smoothly
  • Help train and mentor junior staff members—you remember what it was like being new
  • Ensure documentation is current, organized, and always audit-ready

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor (ideally in UAE construction projects)
  • Currently residing within the UAE (ready to start immediately)
  • Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills—you don’t let details slip through the cracks
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and managing different personalities
  • Clear communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Fluency in other languages commonly spoken on construction sites (bonus points for Hindi, Urdu, Arabic)
  • Familiarity with digital project management tools
  • A knack for solving problems on the spot, with a calm, can-do attitude

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, tax-free salary: AED 5,000–6,000 per month
  • Full visa support, employment contract, and comprehensive health insurance from day one
  • A truly multicultural team—everyone’s got a seat at the table
  • Opportunities to supervise varied, high-profile projects that challenge and grow your skillset
  • Supportive managers (they’ve done your job and get what’s at stake)
  • Regular team check-ins, feedback sessions, and ongoing training—no one’s left to figure it all out alone
  • On-site perks like refreshments and seasonal team events

Here, your work shapes Dubai’s future—one site at a time. If you’re ready for your next big challenge, you’ll find plenty of room to grow and a team genuinely invested in your success.
