About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the type who feels at home on a construction site, where every day brings new challenges and tangible progress? We're looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil Works) with a hands-on background in concrete and civil projects—with the leadership and know-how to keep things running smoothly on the ground. If you’re seeking a role where your expertise genuinely shapes the outcome, and your coordination skills make a visible difference, you might just find what you’re looking for here.
About the Company
We’re not your average construction firm. Our projects range from sturdy foundations to complex civil infrastructures, and we take pride in seeing our work stand the test of time. Our team believes in open communication—whether that’s a quick huddle on-site or sharing wins over coffee in the break area. Growth here isn’t just measured in square meters built, but in how much our people learn, contribute, and support each other. And yes, we really do celebrate when a tough job wraps up ahead of schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations for civil and concrete construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and site workers to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Inspecting ongoing work and materials to maintain quality standards—and stepping in when something’s not quite right.
- Managing site resources, from manpower allocation to equipment scheduling, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Keeping clear, timely records of site progress, incidents, and resource needs.
- Leading toolbox talks and encouraging a culture of safety, because we know it only takes one shortcut to cause problems.
- Acting as the go-to problem solver when plans change (and they always do).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience in concrete-related construction projects.
- Strong grasp of a wide range of civil works—think everything from foundations to finishing touches.
- Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage site challenges with a calm, solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently, but not afraid to ask for backup when needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Conversational or fluent Arabic.
- Experience with project management or site reporting tools.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive compensation and opportunities for overtime.
- Supportive team environment—your input and expertise are genuinely valued.
- On-the-job learning and real opportunities to take on bigger roles as we grow.
- Flexible site locations and, depending on the project, options for rotational schedules.
- We take pride in a safety-first mindset and work-life balance—no one’s expected to burn out here.
Here, you’ll see the results of your work every single day—alongside a team that respects the effort it takes to build something that lasts. If you’re ready to step up and leave your mark (literally), we can’t wait to meet you.
