About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Have you ever wondered what it takes to keep a fast-growing business hub buzzing, one project at a time? We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who brings both practical know-how and a knack for tech to our energetic team in Dubai’s vibrant Business Bay. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of shaping real spaces — not just overseeing tasks, but ensuring each day on site runs smoothly. If you’re currently in the UAE and ready for a role where your eye for detail and organizational flair can shine, this could be your next move.
About the Company
Here, we don’t just build; we create spaces that inspire. Our team is as diverse as the city we work in: you’ll find colleagues from all over the world, each bringing their own expertise (and, yes, sometimes snacks from home to share over coffee). We’re steadily growing, which means there’s always something new to learn and room to make an impact. People often say we combine the high standards of a large enterprise with the camaraderie and can-do spirit of a close-knit crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day site activities to ensure that everything’s running to plan.
- Coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers — everyone from electricians to delivery drivers gets your friendly check-in.
- Maintaining accurate records using basic computer tools (think spreadsheets, reports, maybe even the occasional group chat update).
- Making sure safety protocols are followed (because cutting corners is never our style).
- Reporting progress, challenges, and needs to the project manager with clarity and honesty.
- Helping with on-site troubleshooting and, sometimes, pitching in to solve hands-on problems.
- Ensuring materials and equipment are where they need to be — no wild goose chases on your watch.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residence in the UAE (this is a must for logistical reasons).
- Prior experience supervising sites or teams — you know how a worksite ticks.
- Basic computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, digital photos — you’re at least comfortable finding your way around).
- Good communication skills; you’re the calm in the construction storm.
- Flexibility to adapt — things change, and you’re not fazed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in Dubai (you know the city’s pace and people).
- Speaks more than one language — that’s always a plus with our international crew.
- Familiarity with workplace safety certifications.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Sometimes the perfect fit is the one with heart and potential.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive starting salary of AED 5,000 — and that’s before potential perks.
- Two-year residency permit and employment contract for peace of mind.
- Health insurance that actually covers what you need.
- Accommodation and transportation can be negotiated — we know everyone’s situation is different.
- Open to all nationalities; what matters is what you bring to the table.
- Supportive team who believes in looking out for one another — “team player” isn’t just a buzzword here.
- Opportunity for professional growth as our company continues to expand.
We believe a great workplace is built on respect, opportunity, and a genuine sense of belonging. If you’re ready to take the next step and invest your skills where they matter, we’d be thrilled to meet you.
