About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it's like to transform blank spaces into beautiful, functional living areas? As a Carpenter with our team, you'll do just that — bringing kitchens, wardrobes, and custom woodwork to life all across the UAE. If you're passionate about craftsmanship and take pride in the details, this role could be the perfect opportunity for you to see the direct impact of your work every single day.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team known for our commitment to quality and our knack for tackling projects others might consider impossible — from innovative kitchen layouts to one-of-a-kind wardrobes. Our workshop hums with creativity (and the odd friendly debate about wood stains). We believe in honest work, respect for each other’s craft, and the satisfaction of a job done right. Fridays often end with coffee, swapping project stories, and a sense of pride in what we've built together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting technical drawings and accurately translating plans into real-world results, whether it's a sleek modern kitchen or a traditional fitted wardrobe.
- Expertly installing kitchens, cabinets, and wardrobes — making sure every hinge is smooth and every surface seamless.
- Handling a variety of woodwork projects, including repairs, refurbishments, and unique custom requests.
- Collaborating with designers, clients, and fellow team members to ensure the final outcome matches the client’s vision (and sometimes, exceeds it).
- Maintaining a tidy, safe workspace — both in our workshop and on site.
- Keeping timelines and quality standards a top priority, even when projects get a bit tricky.
