Looking to put your hands-on skills to work and build a future in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s thriving industrial district? Whether you’re a seasoned mason, a meticulous carpenter, or an AC technician who thrives on keeping things cool, we have a place for you on our team. With visa sponsorship, competitive pay based on your experience, and a diverse crew to work alongside, this opportunity could be the next step in your career journey.

About Us

We’re more than just a recruitment company—we’re matchmakers for talent and opportunity in the booming construction and industrial sectors of the UAE. Our clients rely on us to find dedicated, reliable professionals who take pride in their craft. The team you’ll join is a lively, supportive bunch: it’s not uncommon to see colleagues sharing coffee breaks, swapping stories about their latest projects, or lending a hand when someone’s got a tricky task. At our core, we believe in giving skilled tradespeople the respect and opportunities they deserve, whether you’re new to the region or a local expert ready for your next challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your trade and expertise, you could find yourself:

  • Masons: Laying bricks, blocks, and tiles with precision, ensuring every wall and surface stands strong and looks sharp
  • Carpenters: Crafting, installing, and repairing frameworks, doors, and custom woodwork—sometimes from scratch, sometimes following unique client specs
  • Pipe Fitters: Assembling and installing piping systems, reading blueprints, and testing for leaks or pressure issues
  • AC Technicians: Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning units (split, central, ducted), keeping workspaces cool and comfortable
  • Plumbers: Handling everything from major pipe installations to quick leak fixes, plus reading technical drawings for complex projects
  • Electricians: Wiring buildings safely, troubleshooting electrical issues, and making sure all systems are up to code
  • Welders: Joining metal parts with various welding techniques, working from schematics, and ensuring strong, neat seams
  • Steel Fixers: Bending, cutting, and fixing steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete, often working as part of a fast-moving team

No two days look exactly the same, and you’ll get to work alongside people who respect and understand the value of skilled trades.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Hands-on experience in your trade (mason, carpenter, pipe fitter, AC technician, plumber, electrician, welder, or steel fixer)
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently, with an eye for detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt—every job site is a little different
  • Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Arabic preferred)
  • Valid trade certificates or licenses (where applicable)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous Gulf/Abu Dhabi experience
  • Familiarity with local safety standards and building codes
