What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your trade and expertise, you could find yourself:

  • Masons: Laying bricks, blocks, and tiles with precision, ensuring every wall and surface stands strong and looks sharp
  • Carpenters: Crafting, installing, and repairing frameworks, doors, and custom woodwork—sometimes from scratch, sometimes following unique client specs
  • Pipe Fitters: Assembling and installing piping systems, reading blueprints, and testing for leaks or pressure issues
  • AC Technicians: Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning units (split, central, ducted), keeping workspaces cool and comfortable
  • Plumbers: Handling everything from major pipe installations to quick leak fixes, plus reading technical drawings for complex projects
  • Electricians: Wiring buildings safely, troubleshooting electrical issues, and making sure all systems are up to code
  • Welders: Joining metal parts with various welding techniques, working from schematics, and ensuring strong, neat seams
  • Steel Fixers: Bending, cutting, and fixing steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete, often working as part of a fast-moving team

What You’ll Bring

  • Basic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Arabic preferred)
  • Valid trade certificates or licenses (where applicable)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous Gulf/Abu Dhabi experience
