About the Company
We’re a group that believes in the value of hard work, steady pay, and treating each other right. Our team is a mix of old hands and fresh faces—people who trade stories and tips over lunch, and don’t mind pitching in when there’s a lot to do. What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day manual tasks, from lifting and moving materials to assisting skilled tradespeople on projects
- Using hand tools or basic machinery with care and attention to detail (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes if you’re new)
- Keeping your work area clean and safe—for yourself and everyone else on the floor
- Following supervisor instructions and helping the team hit daily targets or deadlines
- Reporting any equipment issues promptly—your eyes and voice help us all stay productive
- Supporting team members with setups, preparations, and occasional odd jobs around the workspace
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and pitch in
- Willingness to learn new tasks and follow safety guidelines
- Basic physical fitness (some lifting and standing required)
- Respect for team members of different backgrounds
- Positive attitude, honesty, and readiness to work hands-on
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or similar trades
- Familiarity with simple tools or machinery
- Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills
