What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and wherever our audience hangs out next)
- Dreaming up, designing, and scheduling original posts, reels, stories, and short videos that spark engagement and build our brand
- Managing and optimizing paid campaigns, keeping an eye on analytics to see what’s working and where we can get better
- Responding to DMs and comments — with patience, personality, and professionalism
- Keeping ahead of digital trends and hashtags, so we’re never “so last week”
- Partnering with our creative team to ideate campaigns or jump in on company events (maybe live from our next coffee morning?)
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience running branded social accounts — you know your way around algorithms and can show us your results
- Real creativity with words, images, and short-form video — your content doesn’t just fill a feed, it tells a story
- Confidence with paid ad tools and performance tracking (Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Promotion, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills; bonus points for Arabic!
- A positive, can-do attitude and comfort juggling multiple tasks or deadlines
- Finger on the pulse of social trends — from memes to marketing stats
