What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right CCTV solutions
- Clearly explain product features, installation options, and answer questions—no tech jargon overload here!
- Handle all aspects of in-store sales, from demonstrations to closing the deal
- Keep the shelves organized, manage inventory levels, and alert the team when stock runs low
- Maintain a clean, inviting shop environment customers genuinely enjoy visiting
- Process transactions quickly and accurately, staying on top of daily sales records
- Occasionally coordinate with installers or follow up with customers post-sale for extra support
What You’ll Bring
