What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive incoming shipments, check them for quality and accuracy, and log them into our system—no box left uncounted.
- Organize stock in the warehouse so that everything has its place (and is easy to find when the orders start rolling in).
- Prepare materials and products for dispatch, double-checking every order before it heads out the door.
- Monitor inventory levels daily, flagging shortages or overstock, and keeping detailed, up-to-date records.
- Use electronic inventory systems and ERP software to track movements (we’ll show you the ropes if you’re new to this).
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to make sure we’re always one step ahead.
- Keep the store area neat, safe, and compliant with company and food safety standards.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory role—ideally in food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Comfort with electronic inventory systems and a willingness to learn ERP software if you haven’t used it before.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, move, and organize stock as needed.
- Strong attention to detail—you notice when things are out of place.
- Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with dates, dried fruits, or similar products.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a food handling environment.
