What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Executives:
- Welcome customers with a smile and assist them in finding products that suit their needs
- Share product knowledge and suggest alternatives when shelves are low
- Help set up special promotions and keep displays looking sharp
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience
Cashiers & Head Cashiers:
- Operate checkout counters efficiently, handling cash and card payments with accuracy
- Resolve price discrepancies and assist with returns or exchanges
- Lead and support fellow cashiers (for head cashier roles), ensuring smooth operations during busy periods
- Keep your workspace neat, organized, and ready for the next customer
Storekeepers & Store Supervisor:
- Receive and organize stock, making sure everything is in the right place
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock takes
- Coordinate with suppliers and report any delivery issues
- Supervise the store team (for the supervisor), ensuring safety and productivity on the floor
Cleaners:
- Maintain cleanliness of aisles, shelves, restrooms, and staff areas
- Respond quickly to spills or messes — safety is a top priority
- Take pride in keeping the store tidy and welcoming from open to close
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Relevant experience for specialized roles (e.g., cashiering, supervising, or storekeeping)
- Team spirit — you enjoy pitching in wherever needed
