What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything hums along without a hitch
- Directly supervising, guiding, and motivating staff to complete assigned tasks
- Assigning duties and responsibilities based on workload and priorities
- Ensuring high standards of work discipline—addressing any issues promptly but fairly
- Monitoring team performance and productivity, stepping in to problem-solve when needed
- Reporting regularly to management—sharing successes, flagging challenges, and proposing improvements
- Leading by example, fostering mutual respect and a can-do attitude throughout the team
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year’s experience supervising or managing teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership style that balances empathy with effective discipline
- Clear, open communication skills—you value listening as much as speaking
- The ability to organize, prioritize and assign work so nothing falls through the cracks
- Confidence in reporting performance and any issues to higher management
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the Deira area or similar commercial environments
