About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how the behind-the-scenes magic keeps Dubai's bustling business scene running smoothly? We’re on the lookout for a Supply Chain Director to step into a role that’s all about making connections, managing details, and keeping things moving from start to finish. Whether you’re looking to kickstart your career in supply chain, or simply ready to tackle a new challenge, this position in vibrant Al Marina might just be the launchpad you’ve been searching for.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Al Marina, our company thrives on energy, adaptability, and a shared drive for progress. We’re a close-knit bunch — quick to celebrate wins (Pizza Wednesdays, anyone?) and always eager to help each other grow. Operating in one of Dubai’s most dynamic business districts, we value straightforward communication, openness to new ideas, and the kind of tenacity that keeps the wheels turning even on the busiest days. Here, every voice matters, no matter your role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the entire supply chain process — from procurement to final delivery — ensuring things run like clockwork.
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure orders are accurate and dispatched on time.
  • Tracking shipments, updating records, and handling basic inventory tasks to avoid any surprises.
  • Communicating updates to management and team members, flagging any roadblocks early on.
  • Supporting process improvements and troubleshooting daily operational challenges.
  • Lending a hand on special projects or team initiatives when the opportunity arises.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Residency in the UAE — you’re already here and ready to start.
  • Willingness to commit to a two-year contract within a supportive company.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep tabs on the details, big and small.
  • Reliable communication skills, both with your team and external contacts.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude; you’re comfortable asking questions and finding solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A natural knack for logistics, or an interest in learning how supply chains work.
  • Previous experience (even informal or part-time) working in a team setting, retail, or basic operations.
  • Familiarity with basic computer tasks (like emailing, spreadsheets, or simple data entry).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 4,000–5,000, paid monthly.
  • Secure employment: Two-year contract and residency permit provided.
  • Supportive onboarding: Full training for newcomers, so no experience needed.
  • Work-life balance: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, with a predictable schedule.
  • Team spirit: We care about each other’s successes (and share the occasional treat in the break room).
  • Growth environment: You’ll have the chance to build professional skills and grow alongside the company.

For those looking for stability and a welcoming work environment in the heart of Dubai, this could be the move that sets you up for future success. We can’t wait to meet you!
