What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking on a range of property maintenance and fit-out projects, from quick repairs to all-out overhauls in villas, offices, and residential buildings
- Diagnosing and fixing issues in your trade (carpentry, masonry, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing), often independently and sometimes supporting the team
- Collaborating with colleagues across different skill sets — sometimes you’ll lend a hand, sometimes you’ll lead the way
- Interpreting job orders and communicating updates or potential challenges to the supervisor clearly and promptly
- Maintaining safety and quality standards on every site, treating each property as if it’s your own
- Jumping in for emergency call-outs or urgent fixes — yes, sometimes the office AC picks a Friday to break!
- Keeping your tools, equipment, and workspace in tip-top shape, because a tidy toolbox is a happy toolbox
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on technical experience in the UAE (in your skilled trade — carpenter, mason, HVAC tech, electrician, or plumber)
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and fit-out work in Dubai’s residential and commercial properties
- Ability to tackle tasks independently as well as within a team — you know your way around both solo jobs and group projects
- A can-do attitude, especially when it comes to problem-solving on the fly
- Willingness and readiness to join immediately (we need you yesterday!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with English or another language (helps on site but isn’t a dealbreaker)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Certifications or additional trade skills (multi-talented folks fit right in)
