About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of a team that keeps Dubai’s infrastructure running smoothly, day in and day out? Here’s your chance to find out. We’re actively seeking skilled tradespeople—AC Technicians, Electrical Technicians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Welders, and General Helpers—for immediate roles in Jebel Ali. With projects moving fast and demand higher than ever, you’ll step right into meaningful, hands-on work that truly matters.

About the Company

This isn’t your average staffing agency. We’re a tight-knit team with deep roots in Dubai’s facilities management and construction scene. Our recruiters pride themselves on building real relationships with candidates and clients alike—think more mentorship, less cold bureaucracy. Friday team lunches aren’t just a tradition, they’re a rite of passage. And in a thriving area like Jebel Ali, you’ll find opportunity at every turn, with support at every step.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • AC Technicians: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems—your quick diagnostics will keep cool air flowing, especially during the Dubai summer.
  • Electrical Technicians: Troubleshoot electrical faults, repair wiring and lighting, and make sure every switch flips with confidence.
  • Plumbers: Handle everything from fixing leaks to installing new pipes, ensuring the water keeps running where—and only where—it should!
  • Carpenters: Build, fit, and repair wooden fixtures and structures. Your eye for detail will leave a mark on every project.
  • Welders: Safely join metal parts, fabricate custom solutions, and inspect weld integrity—your precision crafts the backbone of our builds.
  • General Helpers: Support skilled trades by prepping materials, clearing sites, and pitching in wherever an extra set of hands is needed.

Every day brings something new—sometimes fast-paced, sometimes a bit of heavy lifting, always essential.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant hands-on experience for your trade (see above roles)
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and teamwork on active sites
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
  • High reliability and strong work ethic—your colleagues can count on you

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in Jebel Ali or similar industrial areas
  • Communication skills in English, Hindi, or Arabic
  • Valid trade certifications or training

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 2,800–3,500, depending on your skills and experience)
  • Overtime and performance-based bonuses
  • All benefits as per UAE labor law (visa, medical, paid leave)
  • Immediate start—no lengthy waits or red tape
  • Close-knit site teams that help each other out, on and off the job
  • A culture that values safety, respect, and steady opportunity

People stick with us because we care—about quality work, fair pay, and treating every trade professional like a vital part of the team. If you’re ready for a new challenge in Jebel Ali, this could be the right move for you.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • How do you ensure compliance with safety procedures when working on active sites, especially in busy environments like Jebel Ali?
  • For carpenters or welders: Describe a time when your attention to detail resulted in a noticeably higher-quality build or repair. What steps did you take that made the difference?
  • When asked to support other trades or take on extra responsibilities as a general helper, how do you prioritize tasks to keep the team running smoothly?
  • Tell us about a situation where you had to troubleshoot a problem quickly to prevent a bigger issue (like electrical failure or water leakage). What was your approach?
  • If you join a site team with people from different backgrounds and skill levels, what do you do to make sure everyone communicates clearly and works safely together?
  • The work can be physically demanding and sometimes requires overtime. How do you manage your energy and keep your motivation up during busy periods?
  • Describe a time when you had to adapt to changes in your shift schedule or take on last-minute work. How did you handle it?
  • Have you ever taken the initiative to mentor or teach a colleague a new skill on the job? What was the outcome?
  • What do you do to double-check the quality and safety of your work before handing it over to your supervisor or client?
  • Can you give an example of working under pressure to meet a tight deadline? What strategies helped you succeed?
  • Why do you think being part of a close-knit and supportive team matters on construction or facilities management sites?
  • Our teams value respect and reliability. How do you demonstrate these values at work, especially when under stress or facing disagreements?
  • How do you approach learning new tools, systems, or procedures that might be introduced while on the job?
