What You’ll Be Doing
- Placing outbound calls to potential clients interested in Forex and currency trading
- Explaining our trading platform, services, and the basics of Forex to prospects in clear, compelling language
- Listening actively and responding to client questions or concerns with confidence and empathy
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and following up on leads as needed
- Collaborating with teammates to share feedback and strategize on improving outreach
- Meeting — and celebrating — both personal and team sales milestones
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior telephone sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
- Natural persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Passion for — or genuine curiosity about — financial markets and trading
- Comfortable working toward targets and deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new concepts quickly
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in financial services, forex, or trading environments
- Additional language skills (especially Arabic, Hindi, or Russian)
- Familiarity with CRM or call tracking software
