What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with prospective and existing clients by phone to introduce and promote our unique range of services.
- Develop a solid understanding of customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Build trust and rapport with clients, listening closely and answering queries with confidence.
- Diligently follow up with leads to keep conversations moving and close sales.
- Consistently meet (and aim to exceed!) daily and monthly sales targets with a positive, can-do approach.
- Collaborate with your teammates to share tips, inspiration, and celebrate achievements together.
- Accurately record call details, outcomes, and customer feedback for ongoing improvement.
