What You’ll Be Doing
- Placing outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our marketing solutions in a way that sparks real interest
- Listening to customer needs and tailoring your pitch to show how we can help solve their challenges
- Keeping detailed notes after every conversation so the whole team stays in sync
- Hitting—and celebrating—appointment and conversion targets (we don’t do boring quota talk, but we do make progress fun)
- Collaborating with teammates, sharing tips and stories from the frontlines
- Taking part in training sessions designed to boost your confidence and expertise
