What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential customers via phone—introducing products, answering questions, and sparking genuine interest
- Building rapport and long-term relationships with clients, earning their trust through clear communication and attentive follow-up
- Listening closely to customer needs, matching them with the right services or products
- Handling objections with empathy and professionalism—always aiming to turn a “maybe” into a “yes”
- Keeping accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in our CRM system
- Collaborating with a close-knit sales team to share strategies, celebrate wins, and learn from challenges
- Meeting (and aiming to exceed) individual and team sales targets—because we know you love a good challenge

- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
