What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to potential customers via phone—introducing products, answering questions, and sparking genuine interest
  • Building rapport and long-term relationships with clients, earning their trust through clear communication and attentive follow-up
  • Listening closely to customer needs, matching them with the right services or products
  • Handling objections with empathy and professionalism—always aiming to turn a “maybe” into a “yes”
  • Keeping accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with a close-knit sales team to share strategies, celebrate wins, and learn from challenges
  • Meeting (and aiming to exceed) individual and team sales targets—because we know you love a good challenge

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
