What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging confidently with potential and existing customers over the phone to introduce and promote our products
- Listening carefully to customer needs and guiding them toward the best solutions for their requirements
- Closing sales and building trust with every interaction — sometimes it’s about answering a quick question, other times, helping a customer find exactly what fits
- Keeping accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in our computer systems
- Collaborating with your teammates and sharing best practices in daily huddles
- Meeting set sales targets while always delivering genuine customer care
- Adjusting to different shift timings (we value flexibility and understand life happens!)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Comfortable using computers—you don’t have to code, but emails and spreadsheets don’t scare you
- Motivated to learn: New products, new scripts, even new languages? You’re up for it
- Professional attitude and a positive approach, especially with challenging calls
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends if needed)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous telesales, call center, or customer service experience
- Additional language skills
- Experience with CRM or call center software
