About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered if your way with words could actually shape someone’s decisions — all from the convenience of your headset? We’re on the lookout for Telesales Executives to join our energetic marketing team right in the heart of Alqasmiah, Sharjah. If you’re fluent in Hindi and Urdu, have a knack for genuine conversation, and like the idea of earning a steady income plus commission, this might be the role you’ve been searching for.
About the Company
Our team in Sharjah thrives on connection — both with our clients and among ourselves. We’re a lively, tight-knit group where Friday lunch breaks often mean a quick game or a hilarious story swap (everyone brings their best joke). Working here means stepping into a supportive environment that champions collaboration, professional growth, and a touch of good-natured competition. We believe that every successful call starts with a positive workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential customers by phone (don’t worry, you’ll have a strong list to start with)
- Presenting our products and services in a way that feels both convincing and natural
- Listening to customer needs — sometimes, people just want to be heard before they make a decision
- Handling objections with patience, turning skeptical prospects into loyal clients
- Updating the CRM system with accurate details after each call
- Meeting and aiming to exceed daily and monthly sales targets (with plenty of encouragement from the team)
- Collaborating with your teammates to share tips, successes, and the occasional friendly rivalry
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in both Hindi and Urdu (your language skills are your superpower here)
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Current residency in the UAE (we’re building a local dream team)
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in helping customers
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Familiarity with basic computer systems (CRMs, email, etc.)
- Ability to stay positive, even after a tough call
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Fixed monthly salary — reliable, just like a good colleague
- Uncapped commission: the better you do, the more you earn
- Full-time, stable position in Sharjah (no more metro rides to Dubai!)
- Supportive, multicultural team where your ideas are always welcome
- Professional development — we don’t just set targets; we help you hit them
- Office environment that strikes a balance between friendly and focused (think collaborative, not chaotic)
Here, you’re not just a voice on the phone — you’re a valued part of a team that celebrates wins, big and small. If you’re ready to turn conversations into real opportunities, we can’t wait to meet you!
