What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience—at least 1 year—in telesales, call center, or customer service roles.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (other languages? A definite plus!).
- A natural conversationalist with strong persuasion and negotiation chops.
- Comfort working with basic CRM systems and call-tracking tools.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude—even on those extra-busy days.
