About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a sales role that’s equal parts connection-building and energy-boosting, all in the heart of Dubai’s buzzing business district? As a Telesales Representative with us, you’ll be the friendly voice and sharp mind behind every client conversation—guiding potential customers, showcasing solutions, and helping them take the next step. If you thrive on dynamic days and love transforming simple conversations into real results, this opportunity could be the spark you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

We’re not your average sales floor. Our team is a lively bunch—collaborative, quick with success shoutouts, and always ready to innovate. Picture a place where casual brainstorming (yes, over good coffee) leads to strategy shifts, where every win is celebrated, and where your ideas are welcomed, not just heard. As a growth-focused company operating right at the intersection of modern business services and personal touch, we take pride in empowering staff as much as our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connecting with potential clients via both incoming and outgoing calls—always with your warm, approachable style.
  • Pinpointing customers’ needs by listening (really listening!) and asking the right questions.
  • Confidently explaining our services, zeroing in on features and benefits that make a genuine difference.
  • Building rapport and trust, making sure every prospect feels like more than just a number.
  • Following up on leads and nurturing ongoing relationships until the timing is right.
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets—celebrations are a must when you do!
  • Keeping precise records of calls, feedback, and pipeline progress in our CRM.
  • Collaborating with teammates to share insights, ideas, and, sometimes, the occasional motivational meme.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience—at least 1 year—in telesales, call center, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (other languages? A definite plus!).
  • A natural conversationalist with strong persuasion and negotiation chops.
  • Comfort working with basic CRM systems and call-tracking tools.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude—even on those extra-busy days.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling business services in the UAE market.
  • Familiarity with multilingual environments or diverse customer profiles.
  • Quick adaptability to script updates and new industry trends.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with clear commission structure, so your effort and results really pay off.
  • On-site role in Dubai—think vibrant team lunches, real face-time, and a fast-paced, social environment.
  • Supportive leadership and a flat hierarchy—you’ll have room to pitch ideas and participate in team decisions.
  • Regular training and career development opportunities—we’re in your corner for the long game.
  • A diverse and friendly team that believes sales should be satisfying, not stressful.
  • Enjoyable work perks: snacks, social events, and wellness support for keeping your energy up.

We know great salespeople are made, not just born—so we invest in your growth every step of the way. There’s real camaraderie here, and plenty of chances to learn, win, and make your mark.
