As a Telesales or Sales Person with our growing chocolate company in Al Quoz, Dubai, you’ll play a vital role in sharing our passion for high-quality confections with customers across the UAE. If you thrive on building connections and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, this could be your next great step, especially if you’re already here in the Emirates and looking for a fresh start.

We’re more than just a chocolate company—we’re a team that believes every day is sweeter when you work with people who care. Our workspace in Al Quoz buzzes with energy, laughter, and the unmistakable aroma of premium chocolate. We celebrate wins together (often with a taste test or two!), and value honesty, hard work, and a supportive environment. Whether you’re on the phone or meeting clients face-to-face, you’ll find a team eager to help you succeed, with managers who remember your birthday and colleagues who cheer you on.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to potential customers by phone to introduce our range of chocolates and special offers

  • Following up with interested leads and building lasting relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal fans
  • Meeting sales targets in a supportive, motivating environment (don’t worry, we celebrate every milestone, big or small)
  • Keeping detailed records of calls, feedback, and sales—accuracy helps us grow together
  • Collaborating with your team to share tips, ideas, and, yes, sometimes a joke or two
  • Occasionally assisting in organizing and attending promotional events or tastings (chocolate lovers, rejoice!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • You currently live inside the UAE (visit visa or cancellation status welcome)
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person—fluent communication in English is essential
  • A positive attitude and a genuine interest in connecting with people
  • Willingness to learn about our chocolate products and share your enthusiasm
  • Ability to work with a team and independently meet daily and monthly goals

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous telesales, retail, or sales experience—especially in food, FMCG, or hospitality
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, etc.) are a plus
  • Familiarity with sales software or CRM tools

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Visa, accommodation, and transportation provided—we want you to feel secure and settled
  • Competitive salary of AED 3,500 per month (in line with UAE law), plus annual leave so you can recharge
  • Supportive team culture—we look out for each other, and your growth is our priority
  • Opportunities to learn and grow—whether you’re new to sales or looking to advance
  • Fun, collaborative environment—there’s always something happening, and yes, chocolate tastings are part of the job

We know that moving forward in your career is about more than just a paycheck—it’s about feeling valued, supported, and part of something deliciously rewarding. If you’re ready to join a team that works hard and celebrates even harder, we can’t wait to meet you.

Note: Please be aware this recruitment company applies a job application fee. Only candidates currently residing in the UAE can be considered.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk me through how you would approach making a cold call to a potential customer who knows nothing about our chocolate products?
  • How do you ensure that you’re truly understanding a customer’s needs during a phone conversation, and how do you use that information to recommend the right product?
  • Tell us about a time you successfully turned an interested lead into a loyal customer. What steps did you take to build that relationship?
  • What strategies do you use to stay motivated and meet your daily or monthly sales targets, especially during slower periods?
  • Have you used any sales software or CRM tools before? If so, what features did you find most helpful for keeping track of your calls and follow-ups?
  • Sometimes, customers may not be interested right away. How do you handle rejection or objections on a sales call, and what have you found effective in such situations?
  • Imagine you’re helping organize a chocolate tasting event. What would you do to engage visitors and encourage them to try—and buy—our products?
  • Give an example of a time you worked in a team environment. How did you contribute to group success, and how did you handle any disagreements or challenges?
  • Our team values positivity and humor as much as hard work. How do you bring energy and a positive attitude to your workplace, even on tough days?
  • Describe a situation when you had to learn about a new product quickly. How did you make sure you could confidently talk about it to customers?
  • If a customer prefers to speak a language other than English, how would you handle the conversation to ensure they feel comfortable and understood?
  • How would you maintain accurate records of your customer interactions and sales, and why do you think this is important for both you and the team?
  • What excites you most about working with chocolate, and how would you share that enthusiasm with customers during a call or in-person meeting?
