What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to prospective customers over the phone with energy and empathy—no robotic scripts here.
- Listening actively to understand customer needs, then sharing how our solutions can genuinely make a difference.
- Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships—sometimes it takes one call, sometimes a few.
- Following up on warm leads and handling existing customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Keeping accurate records in our system and sharing feedback (your voice matters in improving our process).
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet team sales targets and celebrate mutual wins.
- Occasionally tweaking your pitch based on market trends—creativity encouraged!
