What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to prospective customers over the phone with energy and empathy—no robotic scripts here.
  • Listening actively to understand customer needs, then sharing how our solutions can genuinely make a difference.
  • Building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships—sometimes it takes one call, sometimes a few.
  • Following up on warm leads and handling existing customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Keeping accurate records in our system and sharing feedback (your voice matters in improving our process).
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet team sales targets and celebrate mutual wins.
  • Occasionally tweaking your pitch based on market trends—creativity encouraged!
