What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians clearly and courteously, keeping everyone moving smoothly (yes, even during holiday rush!).
- Monitor entrances, exits, and parking areas for safety and traffic flow.
- Step in to handle unexpected situations calmly — from minor traffic jams to assisting lost shoppers.
- Collaborate with security and facility staff to address incidents quickly and professionally.
- Offer directions and a helping hand to visitors — you might just be the first friendly face they see.
- Participate in briefings and learn best practices for on-the-ground traffic control.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Active, alert, and ready to jump on your feet when duty calls.
- Already in the UAE, with own visa preferred (but not required).
- Able to start immediately — we really mean urgent!
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work with people from all backgrounds.
- Comfortable following instructions and working in a dynamic, sometimes hectic environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience as a marshal, traffic controller, or in a similar public-facing role.
- Multilingual, especially if you can chat with visitors in English or Arabic.
- Experience working in malls or large venues.
