About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself a whiz at turning bureaucracy into smooth sailing for customers? If you thrive on keeping things precise and moving, this Typist opportunity could be right up your alley. We’re in need of a detail-oriented Typist who knows the ins and outs of MOHRE, Immigration portals, Daman, DOH, Tamm, and more — someone who enjoys pulling real solutions out of complex paperwork piles. Whether you’re searching for full-time stability or a part-time evening schedule, if you’ve “been there, done that” at a typing center, let’s talk.

About the Company

Nestled in bustling Mussafah, our typing center has become a go-to spot for residents and businesses who trust us with their all-important government paperwork. Our team is small yet mighty, believing in friendly service and fast turnaround — but always with a human touch. Every Friday you’ll find someone sharing chai and stories from the week, and “teamwork” here isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the secret to our long list of happy clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Accurately prepare and process applications across MOHRE, channel/Immigration, Daman, DOH, Tamm, and for commercial licenses.
  • Advise customers in-person, translating their needs into the correct documentation and form submissions.
  • Double-check details, flagging any incomplete or conflicting information before final paperwork is sent off.
  • Stay up to date with the latest procedures and rule changes from government entities.
  • Coordinate internally, helping teammates solve tricky application puzzles together.
  • Interpret and type forms in Urdu, Hindi, English, and Arabic as needed for client clarity.
  • Occasionally train new staff on platforms and best typing practices.
  • Handle regular filing, scanning, and digital record-keeping to keep the office humming.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:
    • At least 2 years’ experience working in a UAE typing center (no exceptions, please!)
    • Fluent in Urdu, Hindi, English, and Arabic — you don’t need to be a poet, but practical communication matters.
    • Working knowledge of MOHRE, Immigration portal/channel, Daman, DOH, Tamm, and commercial license application procedures.
    • Fast and accurate typing — you spot typos at 10 paces and triple-check everything.
    • Ability to explain paperwork and application needs to clients from all walks of life.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience training or mentoring others on government application platforms.
    • Flexible, solution-focused attitude (especially during the odd client rush).
    • Some familiarity with digital filing and records management (we’re modernizing!).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 2500/month + 5% commission on applicable cases).
  • Full-time schedule or evening part-time (6pm–10pm) for experienced applicants.
  • Mussafah location — accessible whether you’re coming from Abu Dhabi city or nearby.
  • Languages and multicultural backgrounds are welcomed; you’ll use your skills daily.
  • Supportive, small team where everyone looks out for one another.
  • Opportunities to learn new platforms, stay updated on UAE government changes, and deepen your expertise.
  • Occasional team treats and gatherings — if someone brings homemade samosas, you’re in for a good Thursday.

We’re a place where your attention to detail is valued and your people skills are truly put to use. If you want your days (or evenings) to feel productive and have a genuine impact on our clients’ lives, we hope you’ll reach out.
