About the Company

We’re a fast-moving recruitment agency specializing in connecting skilled tradespeople with high-impact projects across Dubai. Our team is a diverse mix of go-getters, problem-solvers, and people who genuinely care about the work they do—and the people they do it with. Whether it’s swapping stories over a shared meal or collaborating to meet a tight deadline, you’ll find plenty of camaraderie here. • Plumbers: Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems as per project requirements.
  • Masons: Laying bricks, building walls, and handling all masonry work with attention to detail and safety.
  • Carpenters: Constructing frameworks, furniture, and other wooden structures, both onsite and in workshops.
  • Steel Fixers: Bending, cutting, and fixing steel bars and mesh to reinforce concrete structures.
  • Electricians: Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and wiring according to safety standards.
  • Working collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to keep the project moving on schedule.
  • Adhering to all site safety protocols and reporting any hazards immediately.
  • Flexibility to take on overtime when required, especially during project milestones or tight deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant experience in your trade (laborer, plumber, mason, carpenter, steel fixer, or electrician).
  • Currently based in the UAE and able to join immediately.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing quality work.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English or Hindi (other languages welcome too).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience on large-scale industrial or construction projects in Dubai.
  • Trade certifications or vocational training.
  • Positive attitude and reliability—someone your team can count on.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED1200–2500 per month, depending on your skills and role.
  • Overtime pay: Your extra effort won’t go unnoticed.
  • Free accommodation: No need to worry about rent or utilities.
  • Multinational team: Work alongside colleagues from all walks of life.
  • Growth opportunities: We recognize hard work—there’s always room to learn more and take on new challenges.
