What You’ll Be Doing
- General Laborers: Assisting skilled workers, moving materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting daily site operations.
- Plumbers: Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems as per project requirements.
- Masons: Laying bricks, building walls, and handling all masonry work with attention to detail and safety.
- Carpenters: Constructing frameworks, furniture, and other wooden structures, both onsite and in workshops.
- Steel Fixers: Bending, cutting, and fixing steel bars and mesh to reinforce concrete structures.
- Electricians: Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and wiring according to safety standards.
- Working collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to keep the project moving on schedule.
- Adhering to all site safety protocols and reporting any hazards immediately.
- Flexibility to take on overtime when required, especially during project milestones or tight deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Relevant experience in your trade (laborer, plumber, mason, carpenter, steel fixer, or electrician).
- Currently based in the UAE and able to join immediately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing quality work.
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Hindi (other languages welcome too).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on large-scale industrial or construction projects in Dubai.
- Trade certifications or vocational training.
