About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Team as a Wall Painter — Accommodation & Meals Provided
Ever thought about combining your painting skills with the comfort and support of a workplace that truly takes care of you? If you’re handy with a roller and brush and enjoy the satisfaction of giving spaces a fresh start, this job is right up your alley. We’re looking for a dedicated Wall Painter to handle regular touch-ups, move-in/move-out projects, and transform interiors for our clients near Mussafah 16, Al Nasser Al Masri Building, Abu Dhabi. With steady work, a straightforward schedule, and plenty of practical perks, this is more than just a painting job — it’s a chance to feel right at home, day in and day out.
Who We Are
We’re a small but growing team that prides itself on reliability and honest work in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Our crew is tight-knit: you’ll quickly get to know familiar faces over morning tea, and there’s a strong spirit of “help out your neighbor.” We believe in looking after our team — that means making sure you’re well-fed, have a comfortable space to rest, and never have to worry about getting to the job site on time. No corporate red tape here; just everyday people who work hard and look out for each other.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Repainting and touching up walls in homes for move-in or move-out situations; no two days are quite the same.
- Handling small paint jobs such as single wall refreshes or fixing scuff marks and blemishes.
- Prepping surfaces properly: cleaning, sanding, and taping off edges to keep things tidy.
- Mixing paints to match existing shades — a steady hand and sharp eye come in handy here!
- Keeping your work area organized and protecting furniture or floors during the job.
- Communicating clearly with clients and team leads about what needs to be done and any issues.
- Respecting clients’ homes as if they were your own, leaving things better than you found them.
What You’ll Bring
- Some previous experience with wall painting, whether professional or from personal projects.
- Good attention to detail — the little things matter, from clean edges to color consistency.
- Willingness to work flexibly within our shifts (8am–6pm), with the energy to handle physical tasks.
- An honest, responsible attitude; you finish what you start and take pride in your work.
- Respectful, polite demeanor — you’ll be working in people’s homes and representing our team.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Free accommodation: Your own comfortable, secure place — no rent worries here.
- Meals provided: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the house so you’re energised for your day.
- Transport covered: We’ll get you to and from the job sites, hassle-free.
- WiFi included: Stay connected for free, whether it’s calling family or relaxing online.
- Salary of 1700 AED per month (plus tips from happy clients and overtime opportunities).
- Weekly day off: Recharge and spend time how you like.
- Supportive team culture: We’ve got your back and enjoy a friendly, fair environment.
The work is straightforward, honest, and steady — and you’ll notice the difference when you’re part of a team that treats people kindly. Looking for stability, respect, and a spot to call your own? We can’t wait to meet you.
