About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a role where your energy and work ethic really make a visible difference? We’re searching for a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This isn’t just about stacking boxes—it’s about keeping things moving, staying organized, and helping the whole operation run smoothly. If you thrive on hands-on work and enjoy being at the heart of the action, you’ll fit right in with us. Warehouse life is bustling, and there’s always something new to tackle—sound interesting?

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing logistics and distribution company with our hub in Jebel Ali—think of us as the silent force powering a lot of what you see on shelves across Dubai. Our team is down-to-earth, inclusive, and proud of running a well-oiled warehouse machine in one of the UAE’s busiest industrial zones. We believe in looking out for one another—sharing a laugh over lunch, sure, but also checking our work to keep everyone safe and on track. We celebrate hard work, offer support when it counts, and genuinely care about creating an environment that’s as positive as it is productive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with the receiving, unloading, and checking-in of stock and materials as they arrive at the warehouse.
  • Carefully picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and well-presented.
  • Organizing warehouse space—this includes stacking, labeling, and rotating stock so everything’s easy to find and accessible.
  • Operating trolleys, pallet jacks, or basic warehouse equipment with safety in mind (full training provided if you’re rusty).
  • Supporting team efforts for regular stock-takes and inventory audits.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hazard-free working environment to ensure compliance with our safety policies.
  • Pitching in where needed—sometimes that’s helping a colleague, sometimes it’s keeping the break area tidy.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Good physical stamina—able to lift, carry, and move items as the role demands.
  • A responsible attitude and keen attention to detail, especially when handling inventory.
  • Capable of following safety instructions and established warehouse procedures.
  • Team player who communicates clearly and supports peers.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience (even a few months counts).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with inventory software or handheld scanners.
  • Valid UAE forklift license or willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with basic health & safety practices in a warehouse environment.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, always paid on time.
  • Overtime pay for extra shifts—because hard work should be rewarded.
  • On-the-job training and opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Friendly, diverse team—no two days (or teammates) are exactly the same.
  • Clean, well-equipped warehouse facility just a short walk from public transport stops.
  • Tea, coffee, and occasional treats in the break room (the secret to our energy!).
  • Supportive management who care about your safety, well-being, and growth.

We believe everyone should feel valued and respected—if you’re ready to contribute your skills and be part of a reliable team, there’s a spot waiting for you in Jebel Ali.
