What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, from receiving shipments to fulfilling outgoing orders
- Leading, coaching, and directing a team of warehouse staff—think training, scheduling, and morale-boosting
- Conducting regular, systematic stock audits and championing inventory accuracy through our warehouse management system
- Rolling up your sleeves alongside the team during busy stretches—no “managing from a distance” here
- Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshooting inventory discrepancies in real-time and working collaboratively to solve the root cause
- Reporting key metrics and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse environment—you know the ins and outs
- Solid, hands-on experience with electronic inventory software and warehouse management systems
- Valid visa and right to work locally
- High physical fitness; you’re comfortable being on your feet and leading by example, day in, day out
Nice-to-Haves:
- Forklift or heavy equipment certification
- Experience with lean warehousing or continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
